2. Select Public Contact Options: Check at least one form of contact that you are comfortable sharing publicly. This will appear on the website and Ambassador Map.
3. Review the Permission Statement: By signing the form, you authorize the World WCMX Federation to list your contact information publicly, allowing athletes, coaches, and organizations to reach out to you for guidance, collaboration, and support in WCMX and Adaptive Skate activities.
4. Sign & Submit: Sign the form electronically or in print and submit it as instructed. Make sure all information is accurate before submitting.
